A WeScale Mastermind Course

The WeScale Mastermind Claude Course

Turn your laptop into the most leveraged employee in your business. Six lessons. Each one ends with something live in your repo or your store. No code required.

Audience: Non-technical brand operators on Mac (Windows works too) Walk-away: Eight working skills and a printable cheat sheet of the six habits
Watch first · Course overview

Three-minute orientation. Chris walks through the six lessons, the high-agency mindset, and the three things you need before you start.

The wand is a commodity. The wizard is the scarce resource.

The wand is becoming a commodity. Every AI provider is converging on near-equivalent capability at near-equivalent cost. The scarce resource is not the wand. It is the wizard. The question is not which AI tool you use. The question is what you point it at and what you know to ask for. — The mental model for this whole course

Every lesson is a job you already do, taught through Claude Code instead of through hiring or paying SaaS for it. Revenue, costs, time. That is the whole conversation.

What changes when you finish.

These are the actual jobs. Left column is how you do them now. Right column is what replaces that after lesson 4.

Before this course
  • 01 Open Shopify. Pull your product list by hand. Copy-paste titles into a doc to write descriptions.
  • 02 Open a new ChatGPT tab. Type the same "write me a product description for..." prompt you always type.
  • 03 Drop one design image into Canva or Midjourney. Download it. Repeat for each variation.
  • 04 Copy the result. Paste it back into Shopify. Fix the formatting. Save.
  • 05 Want a different style? Start over from step 1.
  • 06 Next week: same steps, from memory, hoping you remember what worked.
After this course
  • / /product-descriptions pulls your live Shopify catalog, writes every description, and uploads the results. One command.
  • / /design-variations takes one winning image and returns five brand-on variations. All saved to your repo, timestamped.
  • / Skills remember your brand voice, your store URL, and your rules. You never re-explain context.
  • / /skill-builder builds new commands in plain English. You describe the job. Claude writes the recipe.
  • / Your API keys live in a vault. Claude reads them without you touching them again.
  • / Six habits on a printable cheat sheet. The practice runs every week without thinking about it.

This course rewards operators who live in the triangle.

Three traits. If you live in all three, this course pays you back. If you do not, no AI tool will save you.

The High Agency Triangle: I will figure it out, I am willing to be misunderstood, I can fix it if it breaks
The High Agency Triangle, via George Mack.

I will figure it out

When Claude returns an error, the high-agency operator reads, retries, asks a better question. The low-agency operator closes the window and says AI is not ready yet. The whole game is between those two reactions.

I am willing to be misunderstood

Your peers will not get why you are spending Saturday morning typing into a chat window about your store. Do it anyway. The operators who pulled ahead in every prior platform shift looked silly for six months before they looked obvious.

I can fix it if it breaks

You do not need to know how the code works. You need to know that when something breaks, you describe it to Claude and follow the fix. That is the entire technical bar for this course.

Three prerequisites.

A Mac (or Windows)

Written for macOS. Windows works too. If you hit a wall on Windows, tell Claude you are on Windows and it adapts.

A Claude Pro or Max subscription

The free plan does not include Claude Code. Get the cheapest paid tier at claude.ai/upgrade before lesson 1.

One folder on your Mac

No project, no website, no Shopify store required to start. One folder. Lesson 2 builds everything else.

Each lesson ends with one thing live in your repo or your store.

Three rules. Follow all three.

Rule one

Do not skip ahead

Lesson 4 only works after lesson 3. Lesson 6 only makes sense after you have shipped two real skills. The lessons stack.

Rule two

Ship the walk-away

The walk-away is the deliverable. If you finished reading but did not ship it, you did not finish the lesson.

Rule three

Open the troubleshooting drawer when stuck

Every lesson has a drawer at the bottom with the five most common snags and their fixes. Hit a wall, open the drawer first.
